Proudly Serving as Scouting’s national honor society for the Indian Waters Council, BSA, Muscogee Lodge #116 draws Arrowmen from the Pee Dee and Midlands regions of South Carolina. Only Scouting’s finest are eligible to seek membership in the Order of the Arrow, having been chosen by their peers from amongst those youth and adults who meet the rigorous qualifications.
