Our banquet isn't just a meal, it's a moment we come together to honor achievement, service, and leadership in Muscogee Lodge. We'll recognize our newest Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil Honor members, spotlight outstanding chapters with the Ralph Grier and Charles Youngblood Awards, recognize the recipients of the Jimmy Duffy and Bernie Moore Legacy of Service Awards, and present the prestigious Founder's Award.
We will also swear in our newly elected Lodge Chief, along with the 2026 lodge and chapter officers who will guide us through the year ahead. It's a night to celebrate the past, embrace the present, and look forward to the future together.
All Arrowmen and their family members are invited to attend this special event. The Lodge Winter Banquet is the first event of the 2026 lodge year. It is the perfect opportunity to celebrate together, connect with friends old and new, and share the spirit of brotherhood and achievement.
Arrowmen should wear the Scout Field Uniform (Class A) with the Order of the Arrow sash. Family members and other guests who are not in uniform are encouraged to wear business attire.
For those lodge members who are members of the 1915 Society, you may wear your commemorative sash to the banquet. National OA policy "permit[s] the sash to be worn at induction ceremonies, banquets, and region and national endowment events."
Check-in for the banquet begins at 5:00 PM, and the evening will be full from start to finish. While you wait, browse and bid in the silent auction, which also opens at 5:00 PM and features a variety of great items. If you plan to donate something for the auction, please email finance@muscogeelodge.org or bring it to the Vice Chief of Finance before 5:30 PM.

The Winter Banquet takes place in the 2026 lodge year, so purchase your annual pass or just pay dues before you register for the event. There are two registration types for this event: lodge member or guest. Guests registrants are not required to pay lodge dues.
Once your dues are paid, head over to register online for the banquet. The cost to attend is $20 per person, whether you are a lodge member or a guest. For Annual Passholders, the banquet fee is already included, but you must complete the online registration so we know you'll be attending.
