The Cornerstone Conclave is the premiere Section-level event of the year, where all OA lodges from South Carolina and parts of North Carolina, and Georgia (see Section map) descend on a local camp to compete for Lodge of the Year, the Quest for the Golden Arrow, hold Section officer elections, and join in fellowship with other Arrowmen from around the Southeast.
All members of Muscogee Lodge should register to attend. Because we are the service lodge this year, all attendees from our lodge will play dual roles as both delegate AND staff. So when you go to register, do so as a member of Muscogee Lodge.
If you would like to attend but you are not a member of Muscogee Lodge, please follow the suggestion below, based on the category that fits your circumstances:
Health Forms & Medical Concerns
Complete BSA Health Form parts A and B, sign part A and B (a doctor’s signature not required, just parent/guardian), and send the signed forms to medical@muscogeelodge.org. This is a secure inbox with extremely limited access, so rest assured that your personal information will be safeguarded. Delegates who do not have a health form on file with the medical officer will not be allowed to attend Conclave, and their registration fee will not be returned. Also, if you have significant health concerns or dietary restrictions, please send a note to the medical officer at the email address above, so we can prepare for the weekend.
Is Included
The Section E7 registration site will collect a $70 registration fee ($5 of which comes back to the lodge). This $70 fee includes items from both the section and the lodge, summarized below:
To inquire about financial assistance, fill out the Financial Assistance form, then email the completed form to FinancialAssistance@MuscogeeLodge.org (a secure mailbox). We want every youth lodge member to have the opportunity to attend lodge events.
To Bring
You should bring the same types of items that you would to any other OA Fellowship or campout. That said, you will want to bring a tent, or arrange to share a tent. You are expected to strictly comply with Youth Protection rules concerning those who may share a tent - see the 'Accommodations' section on the YPT FAQ page.
Conclave is a uniformed event. Only bring BSA uniforms (including OA sash) and clothing that is directly associated with the delegation spirit theme. Please also bring a flashlight, water bottle, sleeping bag, pillow, rain gear, toiletries, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, and spending money. Be sure to check the weather leading up to the event for more up-to-date information to guide your packing decisions. Note that you will be dropping off your gear at a designated station by the parking lot for transportation to the campsite, so be sure it is as compact as possible (and has your name on it).
To Do
There are many ways to participate at Conclave! There’s the Quest for the Golden Arrow, Ceremonies Evaluation, Training, and Administrative. We will need competitors and judges for each of these events, so if you are interested please reach out at conclave@muscogeelodge.org so we can add you to our list!
The 2026 OA E-7 Cornerstone Conclave will be held April 24 - 26, 2026 at Camp Barstow in Batesburg, SC.
Register
Dues-paid lodge members must register through the Section event registration page, including memorabilia orders. Memorabilia orders are due on the Section event registration page by January 31, 2026; the event registration (same website) deadline is March 31, 2026, BUT you are strongly encouraged to complete both by January 31, 2026.
The event will be held at Camp Barstow. Enter your starting address HERE to create a map to 117 Camp Barstow Drive, Batesburg, SC 29006.
Campsite Accommodations
Because Muscogee Lodge is the service lodge for the event, we will stay and park in the staff area of camp. The cabins and Adirondack in Staff City will be fully utilized during the event, given the large number of expected Muscogee attendees. That said, even the accommodations in Staff City offer limited space, so please plan to bring a tent or share one with someone else. Be Prepared.
Please note that the event fee is not covered by the Annual Pass and the lodge $5 delegation fee is paid by all lodge attendees, so all Muscogee members pay the same event fee.
You may register through the Section registration page. Conclave memorabilia items may also be purchased as part of your registration. All pre-order merchandise orders must be placed by January 31. Delegate registration is encouraged to be made by January 31, but there is a little more time before that deadline. **Please note** Any delegates who register after the registration deadline will not be guaranteed a spot in the delegation (or a ditty bag with spirit items).
Pre-Ordered Items & Patches for Sale
If you pre-order Conclave memorabilia (patches, shirts, etc.) there will be two primary opportunities to pick up your items. The first opportunity will be at Conclave, beginning Friday evening at the campsite, once everything has been received from the event staff and divided up appropriately. You will also receive your ditty bag and delegate items at this time. The second opportunity will be at the Spring Induction Weekend held at Camp Barstow from May 15-17, 2026. Please note that once you pick up your items, you assume full responsibility for anything lost, damaged, or stolen. There will also be a limited number of Conclave memorabilia available at the Conclave trading post. Historically, these sell out very quickly, so you are encouraged to make your purchases at your earliest opportunity.
