During the banquet, we will recognize our new Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil Honor Members as well as present the Jimmy Duffy and Bernie Moore Service Awards, the Ralph Grier and Charles Youngblood Chapter Awards, and the Founder's Award. We will also swear in our new Lodge Chief with a special ceremony as well as other lodge and chapter officers.
All Arrowmen and their family members are invited to attend the annual Lodge Winter Banquet, the first event of the 2025 lodge year.
The Scout Field Uniform (Class A) with the Order of the Arrow sash is the proper attire. For family members and other guests who do not have a Scout uniform, business attire is appropriate.
The banquet will be jam-packed, so we will begin check-in at 5PM. While you wait, there will be a silent auction beginning at 5PM with all sorts of great items! If you have anything you would like to donate to the silent auction, please bring them with you and give to the V.C. of Finance, before 5:30PM.
The banquet will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Florence on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Enter your starting address HERE to create a map to 700 Park Ave, Florence, SC 29501.
Two registration types are available for the event: Lodge Member and Guest. All Lodge members must pay their 2025 dues before registering; dues payment is not required for Guest registrations.
There are two ways to pay annual dues, either a $15 dues payment or by purchasing the Annual Pass. The Annual Pass covers annual dues, the registration fee for all local Muscogee Lodge events, and an extra event patch for the local events you attend. This represents a 25% discount for the year.
After you Pay Dues, register online for the Winter Banquet. For guests and lodge members, the event is $20 per person; however, the fee is included for Annual Passholders, though Annual Passholders MUST complete the event registration so that we know you are attending.
