Lodge Dues
The LodgeMaster Team recently released a new dues payment feature, which is now available for your 2026 Lodge Dues.
The Annual Pass includes annual dues and the registration fee for the Lodge Banquet, two Induction Weekends, and three Fellowships! Plus, Annual Passholders receive an additional patch for each Fellowship and Banquet (not Induction Weekends) for which they register and attend. For the 2026 lodge year the Annual Pass also includes the registration fee for both Conclave Work Weekends.
If purchased separately, you would pay $216.50, but your 2026 Annual Pass only costs $150! Complete the steps below to purchase your annual pass or just to pay your $15 lodge dues.
Step 1: Visit https://portal.oa-scouting.org/
Step 2: Click the “Pay Dues” button.
Step 3: Verify your membership information, and click the “Update Your Profile” button to make any corrections. When all information is correct, click “Continue”.
Step 4: The app verifies your Scouting America membership and Youth Protection training status (18+ members). These must be current before continuing with dues payment. Manage your Scouting America registration at my.Scouting. Next, click “Continue”.
Step 5: Select between paying “Annual Dues Only” or “Annual Pass”, which includes dues and more. Then, click “Save & Go to Cart” to continue.
Step 6: Review your order, then click “Checkout & Pay” to continue.
Step 7: Enter (or verify) your billing information, make any necessary corrections, then click “Continue”.
Step 8: Enter your payment information, then click “Submit Payment” to finalize the transaction and pay your lodge dues.
Congratulations! You are now a dues-paid member of Muscogee Lodge 116. Check your email for a copy of your receipt.
