The Ralph E. Grier Chapter of the Year Award is presented annually at the Winter Banquet to the most outstanding Chapter, based upon performance as measured by the criteria for the award published in the Lodge Handbook. Similarly, the Charles K. Youngblood Chapter Service Award is presented annually at the Winter Banquet to the most outstanding Chapter in the area of service based upon performance measured by the criteria for the award published in the Lodge Handbook.
