Conclave Setup Weekend is the final push before the 2026 Cornerstone Conclave, bringing Muscogee Lodge members together to finish all preparations at Camp Barstow. Participants help with last-minute projects such as staging equipment, setting up activity areas, and making sure camp is ready to welcome Section E7 Arrowmen. It's a focused weekend of service and fellowship that ensures everything is ready for a successful Conclave.
All members of Muscogee Lodge should register to attend; Conclave staff are required to attend. Because we are the service lodge this year, all attendees from our lodge will play dual roles as both delegate AND staff. So everyone needs to attend the work weekend.
Health Forms & Medical Concerns
Complete BSA Health Form parts A and B, sign part A and B (a doctor’s signature not required, just parent/guardian), and send the signed forms to medical@muscogeelodge.org. This is a secure inbox with extremely limited access, so rest assured that your personal information will be safeguarded. Delegates who do not have a health form on file with the medical officer will not be allowed to attend, and their registration fee will not be returned. Also, if you have significant health concerns or dietary restrictions, please send a note to the medical officer at the email address above, so we can prepare for the weekend.
...To Do
Conclave Setup Weekend activities include final event preparation for Conclave. We plan to work hard during the day on various activities that prepare Camp Barstow. The evening should include free time and a late-night cracker barrel to close out the day.
...Does It Cost
Registration is only $15 for all dues-paid lodge members, and it is already included for Annual Pass holders. Please register by Monday, April 13th so we can plan meals and supplies.
...To Bring
Eat dinner before you arrive Friday. Pack your 10 Scout Essentials: flashlight, water bottle, sleeping bag, pillow, rain gear, toiletries, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, and spending money for the lodge store. Also be sure to bring your Scout uniform and OA sash. Chapter Chiefs will assign youth to Adirondacks; adults should plan to tent if needed. All sleeping arrangements follow Scouting America Youth Protection guidelines, so Be Prepared.
Check-in opens Friday after 6:30 PM so officers and event staff have time to set up before members arrive. The weekend wraps up Sunday around 11:00 AM following camp cleanup and a brief chapel service.
The event will be held at Camp Barstow. Enter your starting address HERE to create a map to 117 Camp Barstow Drive, Batesburg, SC 29006.
