How do I register for a Lodge event?
Muscogee Lodge uses the Council online registration system, BlackPug, for all registrations. Links for registration will be on the Muscogee Lodge website for the individual events.
What if I do not know my BSA ID?
Your BSA ID is on your membership card.
It is also in your my.scouting.org account. You can logon and get your BSA ID.
If your unit uses ScoutBook or TroopMaster it is in those apps. You can check the app and get your BSA ID.
It is on your units annual recharter paperwork. You can check with your unit's committee and get your BSA ID.
Finally, as a last resort, you can call the Scout office (803-750-9868) and they can look it up in the Council registration database.
What if I have multiple BSA ID’s?
You should only have one Council BSA ID. If you somehow ended up with multiple Council BSA IDs call the Scout office (803–750–9868) and they can merge the multiple numbers into one BSA ID.
What if my BSA ID is not recognized?
If you get a message when registering that your BSA ID is not valid or not recognized, it could be one of several things.
Why do you require my BSA ID number to register?
Each year we process thousands of entries in the Lodge database. Every dues payment, event registration, newly elected member, and more. Using your unique BSA ID allows us to rapidly and efficiently import from the Council registration software (BlackPug) to the Lodge database (LodgeMaster). Without your BSA ID the Lodge volunteers spend hours and hours manually transferring the data.

Can I register onsite?
We strongly encourage pre-registration for all Muscogee Lodge events. We have to order food and supplies well before the event begins. For most events we will allow onsite registration, however onsite registration does not guarantee we will have enough food or enough supplies (patches) for you.

How much are the Muscogee Lodge annual dues?
Muscogee Lodge annual dues for 2022 are $12.00.
How much is the annual Red Fox card?
A Muscogee Lodge Red Fox card for 2022 is $100.00.
Do I have to pay $12 dues if I purchase a Red Fox card?
NO. The Red Fox card includes Annual Dues plus much more.
What is a Red Fox card?
The Red Fox Card was created as a discount to Muscogee Lodge Brothers who attend 3 or more lodge functions throughout the year.
What does a Red Fox card cover?
The Red Fox card pays for Annual Dues, the Lodge Banquet, Spring Ordeal and Spring Fellowship, Summer SUPER Fellowship, and Fall Fellowship. Plus, Red Fox card holders receive one extra Fellowship patch. If purchased separately these would cost $138!
What are the benefits of a Red Fox card?
In addition to the discount of a Red Fox card and the extra Fellowship patches, Red Fox card holders have a streamlined online registration and a streamlined check-in at events.
Can I upgrade to a Red Fox card during the year?
Yes, through the Spring Fellowship in May we will apply payments toward a Red Fox card.
